About our hotel
From the windows of our hotel, take in the magnificient view of the unmistakeable peaks of the Pieniny mountains - Three Crowns and the majestic Tatras mountains, has an extraordinary view – from its windows you can admire the unmistakeable peak of the Pieniny – Three Crowns and the majestic Tatras mountains, whilste listening to the soothing sound of the Dunajec river, as the traditional rafts go by. Opposite the hotel, on the Slovakian side of the Dunajec, a historic convent - the Red Cloister - can be seen. The hotel has everything you may need for your stay - 45 rooms, a wellness area with swimming pool, sanas and salt cave, a spa, children's playroom, restaurant, and cafe/bar.
Swimming pool
A three lane 17m x 10m swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a children’s paddling pool are available for use by our guests. The swimming pool is equipped with a number of features for easing light muscle tension, stimulating circulation and improving dermal blood flow: massage jets, air massage benches, a waterfall and water jets. The swimming pool is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. Aqua aerobic classes are also available.
For children
We pay the utmost attention to the needs of our young guests’ needs. That’s why our hotel has its own playroom, equipped with a ball pool, where children can also play with other toys or rent books or games. A playground in the hotel’s garden is open from spring until autumn. Swings, slides, playhouses and a sand pit can help chase away those boredom blues. We also organise arts & crafts and sports activities for children, under the supervision of qualified instructors. Futhermore, a special menu for children has been designed by our chef. Child care can also be arranged on request.
Ice rink
Those who love to skate will be delighted by our ice rink overlooking the majestic Three Crowns peaks. A multi-purpose sports court, situated right next to the hotel, a 20m x 40m ice rink in winter, weather permitting. The rink is floodlit so it can also be used after dark. Use of the rink is free of for hotel guests, and skates may also be hired from the hotel.
Gym
Our gym comes coplete with strength and cardio equipment adapted to training all muscle groups and body parts. All our guests may use it free of charge.
Salt cave
The health benefits the of sea air are well known. This same microclimate has been recreated in our salt cave, where the therapeutic effects of salt are combined with the soothing impact of light and music. The cave walls are covered with blocks of red Himalayan salt and aqueous salt solution, streaming from a graduation tower, which releases magnesium, calcium and iodine ions. Relaxation sessions in the salt cave enhance the treatment of a wide range of ailments, boost the immune system and help relieve stress and remove tension.
Multifunctional sports court
We built a multifunctional sports court right next to the hotel. It can be used to play tennis, volleyball, basketball or football. The hotel guests’ may use it free of charge. The court is illuminated at night and available from spring to autumn. In winter, weather permitting, it turns into a natural ice rink. Our guests may hire tennis racquets and balls, badminton racquets and shuttlecocks, and different types of balls. In winter we also rent out skates.
